Location: 2 min walk to restaurants, stores, etc. 5 min drive to the highway, 15 min drive to Downtown LA. Also located near major tourist destinations such as Getty Hill, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and etc.

Unit layout: one living room (with a sofa bed), one bedroom (one king), one bathroom, kitchen, and private parking space.

Appliances: washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, and toaster.

The listing is for Unit B. Please park in Zone B.

Each unit includes one designated on-site parking space for one vehicle. If you plan to bring an additional car, street parking is available free of charge and can be used for any extra vehicles.

Available from 7 am to 10 pm for any customer service or maintenance. We try our best to help our guests as fast and as much as possible.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
• Please don’t throw anything in the toilet besides toilet paper.
• Check-in starts at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am.
