Comfortable 1BR El Monte Getaway near LA

Very amazing stay! :)

We had an amazing 10-day stay! The space was incredibly comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. The host was fantastic—very communicative, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a longer stay. Having a great home base made our trip so much better. I would highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again!

I had 2 small hiccups with this place listed below, but overall it was still a nice stay: 1. There was a nice family that tried to enter my unit and were given my key code (but I had locked the extra bolt on top from the inside so they were not able to). After we called them, Titan homes explained there was a mix up with giving them my unit's check in information for their booking. I asked the person helping us to change my door code so it was not available to others, and she said they would but they never did. 2. They confirmed that I could extend my stay for 5 more days, but on the day before they told me I could only stay one extra night. Pros: - gated units, so it felt safe - laundry and all appliances worked, though I did not use the dishwasher - spacious - bed was huge and comfortable and clean Cons: - walls were pretty thin, can hear through to other units - there are a couple street cats outside - dish soap and hand soap containers need to be replaced
